For more than 40 years, International Rural Exchange Canada has enabled young people to work and travel abroad through the International Experience Canada (IEC) program. As a Government of Canada Recognized Organization (RO), we are trusted to guide young adults through the work permit application processes, connecting them with safe and legal international work experiences.
We do more than help you travel. We guide you through every step of the working holiday process, so you can work abroad with confidence, gain valuable global experience, and return home with skills that stand out to employers.
We work creatively to secure a placement that fits you best, considering your choices and experience.
We’ll support you before, during, and after your program through our office and our international partner’s office.
We will assist you with all the necessary paperwork for your travels.
