International Rural Exchange (IRE Canada) offers paid agriculture work for our program participants at host farms across Canada. There are over 100 farms in our program. Participants can do many different kinds of jobs, depending on their skills and interests.

IRE Canada provides work permits to eligible participants as part of the International Experience Canada program.
• Between the ages of 18-35
• Minimum two years practical experience, related education an asset but not required
• Valid driver’s license from your home country (international driver’s license may also be required)
• Able to pass criminal record check
