Overview

Looking for the perfect place to elevate your agriculture and horticulture skills. while capturing your sense of wonder? Venture abroad, and kindle your heart in tranquil, iridescent lands of Switzerland! You’ll journey into a utopia hidden between magnificent mountains, and acquire hands-on experience working on farms born in paradise. We’ll help secure a placement prior to your departure, and continue to offer our full support and assistance while you revel in nature’s most wonderful creations. Types of farms include mixed, dairy, fruit and vegetable production, pig, viticulture, and forestry.

Participants must either be Canadian students pursuing agriculture internships or Canadian graduates in the field of Agriculture or Horticulture.

Requirements

Canadian citizen, currently residing in Canada ; or a Canadian citizen living outside Canada, with a permanent address in Canada
Valid Canadian passport, eligible for at least 6 months beyond intended end date of your stay
At least one full year of practical experience in agriculture
Currently pursuing, or have recently completed post-secondary studies in agriculture (graduated within the last 2 years)
Intermediate skills in either English or German
Valid driver’s license
Able to provide proof of diplomas (graduates)
Aged 18-35 (inclusive)
Single, with no dependents
Interested in continuing agriculture work in the future
